How it Works:

• Go to www.big10mart.com/carwash to create or manage your account
• Can't sign up online? Visit our Big 10 Mart Car Wash location at 1875 JFK Road in Dubuque to use our in-store kiosk 
• Once your account is created, visit our Big 10 Mart Car Wash location at 1875 JFK Road in Dubuque to receive your digital ID sticker 
• A digital ID sticker is placed in your car window by a Big 10 Mart team member 
• If you remove the sticker, it will deactivate and there will be a $5 replacement free
• A sensor at the car wash kiosk verifies your digital ID sticker, a green light will turn on and you can enter the wash 
• If a red light comes on, please see a Big 10 Mart team member for assistance inside the Big 10 Mart Convenience Store 
• Annual accounts are charged at the time of purchase and are nonrefundable
• Annual accounts are valid for 365 days from date of purchase 
• Monthly accounts are automatically billed every 30 days. Users can cancel at any time, if canceled prior to fulfilling a 30 day period, the user will be billed for that month and can continue to use the wash system for the remainder of the month. The following month, the user will not be charged and the program will be canceled.
